Senior Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 implementation projects in large enterprise environments (2,500+ users)
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including identity and access management, security, collaboration tools, migration, and user adoption
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting
• Coordinate closely with IT, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Drive implementation of identity and access management solutions within Microsoft 365, including Azure AD / Entra ID, authentication, authorization, and access governance
• Ensure alignment with organizational security, compliance, and governance standards
• Manage vendors, partners, and third-party integrators as needed
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading large Microsoft 365 implementations
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) in Microsoft 365 environments
• Demonstrated success managing implementations for organizations with 2,500+ employees
• Strong experience managing multi-workstream enterprise projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, deployment strategies, and enterprise governance considerations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments

• Experience working with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, security, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in change management and user adoption for enterprise technology rollouts
• Background working with system integrators or consulting partners
