Job Description:

A growing construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of projects. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work across an array of sectors, with the flexibility to align projects with your experience and interests. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring high standards of delivery. The Senior Project Manager will join a forward-thinking consultancy with a strong pipeline spanning commercial, leisure, hospitality, and residential schemes. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence the types of projects you work on while maintaining responsibility for successful delivery. This Senior Project Manager position is well-suited to someone confident in leading projects independently and operating in a client-facing capacity. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee projects from inception through to completion

Requirements:

  • Degree in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
  • Chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB) is preferred
  • Strong track record within a construction consultancy environment
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Prior construction consultancy experience
