We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects aimed at developing Mindspace’s revenue, growth, services, and efficiency. Based in Israel and working directly under the VP of International Markets, the PM will be instrumental in driving forward various initiatives across different verticals and geographies. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, a multitasker with a go-getter attitude.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Execution: Work closely with the VP of International Markets to implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives
Project Management: Drive initiatives forward by coordinating between teams, setting milestones, and ensuring timely execution
Operational Support: Streamline internal processes, improve efficiency, and support execution across various business functions in different markets
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research into industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions
Partnership Coordination: Support the identification and execution of strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders to support decision-making
Lead project executions and teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication between all relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in business development, project management, consulting or revenue growth in a high-paced environment
2+ years working with teams in the USA and/or Europe - Must
Proven track record of success in various fields, collaborating with different stakeholders, setting and meeting timelines, and reaching targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
Multitasker with a go-getter attitude
Business & goal-oriented
Highly adaptable, hands-on, and capable of executing in a dynamic environment
Ability to travel when needed
Nice to have:
Experience working with Europe and North America - Strong plus
Experience in the co-working, real estate, or hospitality industries
Proficiency in project management software and tools, experience with SalesForce and Monday
