Job Responsibility:
Lead project teams and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, adhering to the company's delivery framework
Develop and manage annual and multi-year program plans and budgets, including resource planning
Work with business sponsors and partners to define project priorities, objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
Directly manage and develop Project Management staff, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth
Ensure transparent and effective communication regarding project progress to all stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships
Oversee the application of project management methodologies and standards, coaching and guiding your direct reports on best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Enterprise Project Management Office by enhancing methodology, skills, and talent development
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 3 years in the financial services sector
Proven experience implementing projects in the Finance & Tax domain
Strong financial management skills, including estimation, budget tracking, forecasting, and accruals
Demonstrated experience with organizational change management
A track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving multiple departments, vendors, and external partners
Expertise in applying various project management methodologies
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt to change
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, peers, and team members
Advanced communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Demonstrated change and thought leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Project Online
