Job Description

Our Client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the USA, serving over 25 million members. ELEKS is expanding the team in Argentina to work with this client and contribute to delivering secure, high-quality technology solutions for the client’s enterprise ecosystem. We are looking for an experienced IT project leader to establish and lead a Transition Management Office (TMO), overseeing the end-to-end transition of services from one vendor to another across all key phases.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive end-to-end transition governance across all phases
  • Manage transition plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Ensure quality gate compliance and execution discipline
  • Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting
  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively
  • Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness
  • Ensure adherence to governance processes and sign-offs
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Strong ITIL expertise with solid experience in Application Management Services (AMS)
  • Proven experience in managing stable production environments through effective governance of managed service vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure service reliability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement within a vendor-driven support model
  • Strong project/program management skills with a track record of successful delivery
  • High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex vendor transitions and multi-party environments
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp and retain complex concepts
  • Persistent, accountable, and results-oriented, with strong follow-through
  • Fluent English
