Job Responsibility:
Manage the cross-functional Project Team and orchestrate project work according to Battery Partnering Procedure and Private Label procedure to achieve project objectives
Maintain direct contact with external Partners and developers for project activities
Integrate lessons learned from previous projects to achieve project objectives
Make decisions according to the approved Project Charter and Project Management plan, with escalation for deviations from budget or plan
Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and uncertainties, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Regularly update and report project status to Stakeholders and Project Team, maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Identify project improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as the technical representative for Partners, answering questions regarding the 18V battery system and technical customer documentation
Understand Partner needs, identify pain points, and develop win-win solutions aligned with company guidelines
Verify power consumption requirements of Partner tools against battery deliverable power specifications
Identify documentation gaps and collaborate with the Project Management team to improve technical materials
Maintain knowledge of battery and charger portfolio, upcoming products, and emerging technical issues
Requirements:
University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or in a related field
Project Manager or project leader knowledge with proven experience managing cross-functional teams
Technical background in electronics, power systems, or related engineering disciplines
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated willingness to engage directly with external partners and customers
Proficiency in English language (written and verbal communication)
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Nice to have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Proficiency in Hungarian and/or German language (written and verbal communication)
