Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead a project to transition Medical Quality complaints handling from Salesforce (SFDC) to the TrackWise software application for the Medical Management Solutions (MMS) Dispensing business unit. This role involves driving the delivery of the project using advanced project management techniques, aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices. The Senior Project Manager may also coach and mentor other team members, functional leaders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and business cases
  • Take ownership of delivering project objectives and ensure execution meets project schedule, cost, and quality requirements
  • Establish project governance structures and processes for reporting, reviewing, and approving project objectives and deliverables
  • Liaise between IT, cross-functional business teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects involving technology and business process components
  • Manage projects that involve software applications such as TrackWise, SFDC, and MuleSoft, as well as multiple system integrations
  • Ensure project compliance in a regulated (GxP) environment, including audit preparation/documentation
  • Manage projects that follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of senior project management experience using PMI guidelines
  • Experience managing projects with software applications (TrackWise, SFDC, MuleSoft) and multiple system integrations
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP), including audit preparation and compliance
  • Proven experience managing IT software development projects following traditional SDLC processes
  • 7 years of project management experience using PMI guidelines
  • Proficient in Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®) concepts (agile, waterfall, work breakdown structure)
  • Expertise in project management tools and techniques (MS Project, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills, with experience in executive-level communication
  • Leadership presence and resilience to inspire teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent activities
  • Ability to lead effective meetings, drive decisions, and achieve project objectives in cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project)
