Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value projects across our key commercial clients. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, managing complex projects across Commercial Building works, Base Building Refurbishments, and Corporate Occupier projects. You’ll play a critical role within our broader Property team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in construction, architecture, or engineering (such as mechanical & electrical design or trade background)
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus in Property-related projects (Commercial Building, Base Building Refurbishment & Retail sectors in particular)
  • Proven experience with client-side consultancy or similar roles
  • A team player that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture
  • A desire to grow and nurture a project team in line with the values and culture of TSA Riley
  • A proven track record in the successful delivery of projects for institutional investor or portfolio corporate clients is highly desirable
