Senior Project Manager

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale technology initiatives from inception through implementation
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk/issue logs ensuring alignment to Citi’s PMO standards and policies
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Drive governance activities including weekly updates, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk escalations
• Ensure compliance with Citi’s change management, security, and audit standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present senior stakeholders-level updates, highlighting key risks, mitigations, and path-to-green plans
• Partner with regional and global teams to align delivery timelines, ensure consistency in execution, and leverage best practices across markets
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance project execution efficiency and reporting accuracy.

• Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP certification
• Agile certification (preferably SAFe Agilist)
• 15+ years of IT project or program management experience in a large financial services or technology organization
• Proven track record in delivering technology transformation, payments, or core banking initiatives
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and enterprise governance processes
• Demonstrated experience in the agile software development process
• Familiarity with project management tools such as PTS, JIRA, Clarity, or equivalent
• Understanding and exposure to Payments
• Superior skills in communication, problem solving and collaboration
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and takes the initiative.
