Senior Project Manager

• Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4–7 active projects, overseeing scopes/plans, client meetings, status updates, demos, risk management, and iterative scope management
• consistently track and analyze project progress and budget burn, mitigating risks and escalating concerns when necessary
• ensure quality deliverables by collaborating across disciplines and enforcing rigorous QA processes
• lead discovery engagements (both onsite and remotely) to define cross-discipline project requirements in alignment with client goals
• proactively deepen client partnerships and expand account value.

• Experience delivering full scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency environment, and preferably with a practical understanding of the WordPress platform
• tangible examples of deescalating project risks by working with members of your team and leadership to develop collaborative solutions
• primarily client-facing roles and responsibilities
• proven track record of deescalating project risks with collaborative solutions
• effective leadership of cross-discipline project teams – account strategy, experience design, engineering, QA, and support
• excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
