Job Description:

An award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects across the Midlands. You will work across various sectors including commercial, education, and leisure, providing expert project delivery support. This is an opportunity to shape and deliver key projects that have a real impact on local communities.

Job Responsibility:

Managing client relationships
Preparing reports
Leading project teams
Ensuring successful project outcomes
Working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or similar
Chartered or working towards (RICS, CIOB, APM)
Strong consultancy experience preferred
Skilled in contract administration and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
