Job Description:

A leading global consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its expanding Corporate Occupier team. With a strong pipeline of commercial office fit-out, workplace transformation and relocation projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering complex schemes for blue-chip clients. The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for high-value projects for major corporate occupiers, playing a central role in client engagement, programme delivery and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibility:

Client brief development
Procurement strategy
Contract administration and reporting
Coordinate with internal cost and design teams
Manage external consultants, suppliers and contractors
Client engagement
Programme delivery
Stakeholder management
Take ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying)
MRICS, MCIOB, APM or equivalent chartership (or working towards)
Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects for corporate occupiers
Strong understanding of JCT contract administration
Excellent communication, reporting and client management skills
Experience working within the corporate real estate sector
Track record of successfully delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across London or other major UK cities
