Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent software projects across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering Leads to define project scope, technical approach, implementation roadmap, and delivery milestones. Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and ensure deliverables align with business goals and measurable success metrics. Conduct regular project health reviews to evaluate delivery quality, schedule, budget, team performance, and overall project risks. Facilitate Agile delivery by leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams across software development, quality assurance, DevOps, product, and design to ensure effective collaboration and predictable delivery. Manage communication with clients, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and external technology partners throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee deployment readiness, production releases, post-launch stabilization, and ongoing transition to operational support. Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution implementation activities, including system integration, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Leverage project metrics and product insights to monitor progress, evaluate performance, and support informed decision-making. Prepare regular project reports, communicate project status, highlight risks and dependencies, and provide recommendations to senior leadership and clients. Coach and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
