Job Description:

A market-leading consultancy with a strong reputation across the North West is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for its Manchester office. The Senior Project Manager will lead on flagship commercial and regeneration projects in the city centre. This is a brilliant chance for a Senior Project Manager to take on large-scale, high-profile schemes with significant client exposure.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on flagship commercial and regeneration projects
Oversee programmes up to £120m in value
Contract administration
Risk management
Stakeholder reporting
Mentor junior colleagues
Support business development
Take ownership of complex projects
Provide leadership and strategic oversight
Manage risk
Ensure delivery to time and budget
Support growth of junior staff
Maintain strong client partnerships across multiple projects

Requirements:

Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB)
Degree in Project Management or Construction discipline
8+ years' project management experience
Proven delivery of large, complex schemes
Confident managing multiple stakeholders
