Job Responsibility:
Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive construction project plans in alignment with scope, building codes, and contractual requirements
Provide full lifecycle management – from preconstruction through turnover – ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and financial goals are met
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors through proactive, transparent communication
Create and maintain the master project schedule
work closely with field leadership and trade partners to develop accurate look‑ahead schedules
Oversee day-to-day field operations, resolving design conflicts, RFIs, constructability challenges, and unforeseen issues promptly to maintain project momentum
Own full project financial performance
Maintain profitability by ensuring accurate cost tracking, timely billing, and rigorous review of subcontractor performance
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all project documentation
Champion compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and contract requirements
Enforce the highest standards of safety and quality across all phases of construction
Partner with field teams to identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
Provide clear and timely updates, progress reports, financial summaries, and schedule forecasts to stakeholders, clients, and company leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field experience
3-8 years of relevant senior-level experience leading teams on construction projects $8M+ in diverse sectors of varying deliverables including education, municipal, retail, and tenant improvement
Strong knowledge of construction methods and constructability review
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and managing teams
Motivate, drive, and adhere to all safety and compliance requirements
