We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of complex civil engineering and access road works. Job Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement and construction delivery for civil engineering infrastructure and access road works
  • Coordinate design outputs and integrate these seamlessly with heavy power infrastructure and cabling projects
  • Mentor and empower project teams, fostering a culture of zero defects, precise project control, and continuous improvement
  • Develop robust construction methodologies, SSHEQ procedures, and project programmes to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage resource mobilisation including labour, subcontractors, and materials to deliver cost-effective and high-quality results
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual challenges, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC/Degree level)
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a focus on linear transportation or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Valid Manager's CSCS card
  • Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams within complex, fast-paced construction environments
  • Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, and quality management
