This role is part of our Creative and Media team. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong technical PM skills and paid media expertise to join our team! You'll be the strategic force behind high-impact campaigns for one of the world's leading technology companies, managing complex paid search and media projects that drive significant annual revenue. Your ability to bring structure to ambitious, fast-paced initiatives, while simultaneously driving strategic advancement and team excellence will be essential. You'll own the delivery of sophisticated, multi-channel initiatives while shaping how our team works, scales, and delivers exceptional results for a global brand.
Job Responsibility:
Own the delivery and execution of complex paid media and search campaigns, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and shifting client priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project outcomes
Drive team enablement and process excellence through sprint planning, structured communication flows, roadmap development, and optimization of PM tools and workflows to elevate delivery standards
Partner strategically with the cross-functional teams to define processes, establish best practices and translate business objectives into tangible action plans
Serve as a strategic advisor and direction-setter to the client, managing ad hoc requests and strategic projects while maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and keeping momentum on critical initiatives.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing, media, or complex project environments
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex paid media and search campaigns, with deep understanding of paid search project complexity
Demonstrated ability to create structure and process in fast-paced environments
Strong leadership capabilities with a "direction setter" mindset - someone who confidently guides both clients and teams back on track when priorities shift
Expert-level proficiency with project management tools (bonus points if that's Asana!)
Extensive experience in scope management, sprint planning, and delivery timeline creation
Proven track record as a team builder and enabler, with the ability to elevate team performance and establish workflows that empower rather than burden
Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes, including ability to translate between technical teams, creative departments, and C-level business stakeholders
Expertise in establishing structured communication flows, performance reporting, and process frameworks that drive accountability and results
Excellent client management and communication skills, with ability to manage ad hoc requests, handle scope changes, and maintain clear stakeholder alignment
Fluency in English
