Lead and mentor a team of 200+ professionals across multiple locations
Oversee the successful delivery of a large portfolio of IT projects within budget and on time
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Drive strategic initiatives to ensure business growth and profitability

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or IT Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing multi-million dollar IT portfolios and large-scale operational engagements
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Fluent in both English and Japanese
