We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead client-facing technology initiatives. Job Responsibility
Direct several concurrent IT and infrastructure engagements, ensuring each project progresses smoothly from planning through final delivery
Partner with technical project managers, engineers, field service personnel, and client contacts to keep tasks aligned and execution on track
Oversee a range of initiatives such as server transition work, operating system refreshes, wireless issue resolution, structured cabling efforts, security and firewall projects, equipment retirement, and office or site moves
Build and maintain detailed timelines, monitor milestones, track budgets, and communicate project health to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Identify delivery risks early, drive mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly to protect scope, schedule, and client satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear updates, setting expectations, and maintaining a strong executive presence
Adjust quickly to new assignments with varying levels of size, pace, and complexity while preserving high delivery standards
Strengthen collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to improve accountability, decision-making, and issue resolution
Contribute to better project delivery practices by refining documentation, processes, and reporting standards as business needs evolve
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading IT project management efforts, including customer-facing infrastructure or technology programs
Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Strong background in project planning, stakeholder communication, financial oversight, and risk management
PMP Certification is required
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and other project tracking or reporting tools
Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external client stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to leadership and customers
