I am currently supporting a growing, forward-thinking construction consultancy that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable projects across a diverse range of sectors. Job Responsibility:

  • Pre- and post-contract project management
  • Stakeholder and design team coordination
  • Programme and risk management
  • Contract administration (JCT / NEC)
  • Client-facing position, supporting and leading on key aspects of project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience within a construction consultancy environment
  • Strong understanding of project delivery and construction processes
  • Experience working with JCT and/or NEC contracts
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware

Nice to have:

working towards a professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM
