Job Description:

A prestigious property consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial schemes across the Midlands. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from £10m to £150m in value, ensuring quality delivery and excellent client service. This role is ideal for a motivated Senior Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing position.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee commercial and industrial schemes across the Midlands
Lead projects from £10m to £150m in value
Ensure quality delivery and excellent client service
Lead full project lifecycles
Develop junior staff
Secure repeat business
Represent the consultancy on major regional developments

Requirements:

Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB) required
7+ years' project management experience
Degree in Construction or related field
Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
