This major Southeast Asian real estate group operates a high-volume business model focused on diverse residential and industrial portfolios. They are characterized by a strong delivery cycle and a highly results-driven corporate environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Stewardship: Spearhead the project implementation team through construction to successful commissioning and final handover
  • Multidisciplinary Synchronization: Orchestrate seamless communication between consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure technical alignment and operational efficiency
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate rigorous weekly and fortnightly progress reviews to mitigate risks, resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, and ensure the timely issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)
  • Drive project excellence by synchronizing site productivity with fiscal targets while enforcing rigorous ISO, quality, and statutory compliance to ensure a seamless, high-standard delivery
  • Construction oversight & Authorities liason

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
  • At least 10 years in Property Development
  • Highly experienced in high-rised
  • Good with budget allocation & management
  • Excellent technical knowledge, minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager
