Job Description:

A thriving Midlands-based consultancy with a strong regional presence is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who enjoys leading large-scale private and public sector developments, from complex residential schemes to high-profile industrial and commercial projects.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee projects from feasibility through to handover
Manage procurement processes
Contract administration (JCT/NEC)
Financial oversight
Provide strategic input on key schemes valued between £1m and £30m
Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related discipline
At least 5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side setting, with a proven track record as a Senior Project Manager
Chartered status (or working towards) via RICS, APM or CIOB
In-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC contract forms
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
