Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and PMP® certified Senior Project Manager with a strong foundation in project management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in executing operational plans, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process enhancements in fast paced manufacturing, recreational, and construction environments. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify inefficiencies, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support project management initiatives while preparing comprehensive reports and conducting training sessions.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Analyze project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements as necessary
Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline project execution
Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations
Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance project management capabilities and knowledge
Utilize operational software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel VBA Macros, Power BI, and ERP systems, to support project planning and execution
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices

Requirements:

PMP® certification is required
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel VBA Macros, Power BI, and ERP systems
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively in fast paced environments and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience
Born and raised in Qatar, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics

Nice to have:

Experience in manufacturing, recreational, or construction project management
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and train junior project management staff
