A well-established construction consultancy based in London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to progress due to continued success within the healthcare sector. The successful Senior Project Manager will have high levels of motivation and drive, primarily focusing on mid to large scale healthcare commissions ranging from £500k to £40m. Day-to-day duties involve overseeing the job from beginning to end, conducting on-site front-end due diligence work, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the building process.
