Job Description:

Your future employer is a Sarawak construction company specializing in Infrastructure, and is currently hiring for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for their project team. They are now looking to grow extensively and finding the right talent within this year.

Job Responsibility:

  • To participate or conduct project kick-off meeting
  • To implement all policies, activities procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality, safety and health system
  • To plan and coordinate with client on logistic issues
  • To provide guidance to engineer in problem solving, customer complaints, and project coordination
  • To set up project specific quality, safety and health control measures in inspections and tests plan
  • To provide supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites
  • To review monthly reports and develop remedial measures if necessary
  • To attend site meeting as required by the project meeting table
  • To make recommendations to Quality, Safety and Health Department from time to time on ways to improve relevant business processes / procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry
  • Experienced in handling infrastructure projects (road/bridge)
  • Ambitious and aggressive characters with extensive on-site experience and technical knowledge
  • Project-oriented and able to handle projects independently
  • Willing to travel to get involved in the entire cycle of project
