Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver high-profile projects across the built environment. This role is ideal for a confident and capable Senior Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing position and is looking to take ownership of complex schemes from pre-construction through to completion. The consultancy offers a dynamic and supportive working environment, with a strong focus on personal development, chartership support, and career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee projects through all RIBA stages
Manage stakeholders
Report project performance
Ensure delivery to agreed scope and budget
Lead consultant teams
Coordinate procurement strategies
Provide clear project direction to clients and delivery teams
Support junior staff through mentoring and training
Identify opportunities for business development and future work streams

Requirements:

A degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Chartered status or working towards (RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent)
A strong track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Sound commercial awareness and contract knowledge
