Job Description

We're looking for a driven and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney team, delivering projects across the tertiary education sector.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver projects across the tertiary education sector
  • Work on a range of projects across universities and education facilities
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to completion
  • Partner closely with institutional clients to deliver high-quality, functional, and sustainable projects

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in property project management, with exposure to tertiary/higher education or other institutional projects
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with building services, building envelope, or asset/facility upgrades is highly regarded
  • On-site construction and Workplace Health & Safety knowledge are strong advantages
  • Proven experience in a client-side consultancy or similar environment
  • A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Committed to contributing to a positive team culture aligned with our values

Nice to have

  • Experience with building services, building envelope, or asset/facility upgrades
