Senior Project Manager

• Responsible for a number of contracts cumulatively £several m, from inception through to delivery within demanding timescales
• Ensure portfolio of projects delivered to timescale, specification, budget and customer satisfaction
• Liaise with production and hardware engineering facilities based at head office
• Financial responsibility for contracts including subcontracts
• People manage and lead a team of project managers and engineers (up to 30)
• Responsible for Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety aspects through Company Q,H&S Manager and project H&S Advisor
• Hold regular report and progress meetings with clients
• Assist in securing future business by cultivating customer expectations through excellent delivery

• At least 5-10 years demonstrable project management experience within the nuclear industry or similar regulated background
• Strong stakeholder management and experience of subcontractor management
• Experience of NEC3/4 contracts
• Demonstrable track record of achieving project timescales, margins, customer satisfaction and quality
• Strong leadership skills, including team management experience
• Must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance

• Holds a recognised project management qualification (e.g., PMI, APMP)
• Experience of CEMAR
• Holds a Degree or HNC/HND in relevant engineering discipline, preferably Electrical
