Job Description:

Join Chromologics as our new Senior Project Manager and help us bring our groundbreaking natural food colorants to market. Chromologics is a purpose-driven biotech startup developing fermentation-derived natural food colors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together, creating structures in complex environments, and supporting teams to achieve shared goals. This is not a pure desk role. You will have the opportunity to be closely involved with our lab and pilot production.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate projects within Chromologics while maintaining focus on our Talarene for food project
Be the link between our teams in fermentation, downstream processing, analytics, commercial, and regulatory, to secure the trail of generated data
Ensure clarity, alignment, and execution of projects across teams by setting and maintaining project plans, timelines, and risks
Strengthening our data management practices by improving how we collect, store, and use information
Continuously improves how we work, by spotting bottlenecks & root causes, resulting in implementation of new processes
Facilitate open communication and foster collaboration across the company
Hold teams accountable for project scope, timelines, budget, risks and SMART goals
Organize and structure project outputs and deliverables

Requirements:

3-5 years of working experience within project management in biotech, fermentation, food tech, or related technical environments
Experience in working with production planning, supply chain coordination or project coordination
Project management certification
Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to complex or evolving situations
Comfort working with ambiguity
Capable of quickly grasping the technical context of the project
Very comfortable working with Excel but also experience in data organization (SQL), digital tools, or building better information flows
Strong interpersonal skills: you listen well, communicate clearly, and enjoy enabling others
A proactive, supportive mindset suited for a dynamic, early-stage startup
