Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across high-profile construction schemes. This is an opportunity to take the lead on a wide range of projects across the residential and healthcare sectors. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, budgets, risks, quality assurance, procurement advice, planning, cost control, and stakeholder liaison.

Job Responsibility:

End-to-end delivery of complex projects
Manage client relationships
Budgets
Risk
Quality assurance
Work across multi-disciplinary teams
Ensure governance procedures are followed
Oversee project controls from inception through to completion
Procurement advice
Planning and programme management
Cost and change control
Stakeholder liaison
Performance monitoring
Setting success criteria
Implementing project strategies that align with client goals.

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a relevant construction-related discipline
Chartered or working towards (RICS, CIOB, APM or similar)
Experience delivering projects within residential, healthcare, or commercial sectors
Previous consultancy experience is preferred
candidates from a contractor background will also be considered
Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
