Senior Project Manager

Overseeing, managing and supporting the development and delivery of a portfolio of analytical work, service improvement projects and workstreams within the Council's Transformation Programme, including those critical to LGR delivery

• Significant experience of project management, including the delivery of complex, large‑scale programmes
• strong leadership and influencing skills
• confident in applying risk management principles
• experienced in working within governance and decision‑making frameworks, particularly within a local authority context
• experience of working within children and young people's services (highly desirable)
• experience of supporting or delivering Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) programmes (highly valued)
