Job Description:

A highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its established team based in Edinburgh. The consultancy delivers complex projects across the UK, US, and the Middle East, supporting public and private sector clients in realising long-term value through their built assets. This role offers an opportunity for a driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering multiple, concurrent construction and infrastructure schemes from inception through to completion
Leading complex assignments, managing project teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Overseeing project planning, stakeholder engagement, procurement, risk management, and contract administration
Setting project governance, developing programmes, and ensuring technical, commercial, and delivery aspects align with client objectives
Chairing meetings, co-ordinating project team inputs, and supporting continuous improvement
Mentoring junior staff, supporting bid activity, and contributing to business growth in Scotland

Requirements:

Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent), or working towards it
Strong consultancy-side project management experience
A track record of delivering multi-sector projects to a high standard
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
