Job Description

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their London team. The business has a strong reputation across the commercial property sector, delivering high-quality projects for institutional investors, developers, and occupiers. With a healthy pipeline of commercial office and refurbishment schemes, they are looking to strengthen their project management capability at senior level.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing projects across all RIBA stages
  • Acting as Employer's Agent / Project Manager where required
  • Leading consultant and design teams
  • Managing programme, procurement, risk, and cost control
  • Overseeing contract administration and commercial performance
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

  • MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM Chartered (essential)
  • strong experience delivering commercial real estate projects
  • confident in front-facing client environments
  • strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
  • comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across complex schemes
