Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to help steer our biggest projects - driving integrations, transformations, and change that shape the future of Convergence Group.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own it end-to-end: Take full control of projects - on time, on budget, and delivering results
  • Collaborate across the business: Manage multiple workstreams while partnering with teams in IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Product
  • Keep everyone aligned: Run check-ins, manage dependencies, and remove blockers so projects flow smoothly
  • Lead the change: Champion cultural alignment and system adoption using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci so everything (and everyone) moves forward together
  • Stay on top of risks and compliance: Spot issues early, keep projects compliant with GDPR and other regulations, and ensure no detail slips through the cracks
  • Make data your friend: Use Monday.com, Excel, Power BI and other tools to track progress, report clearly and tell the project’s story
  • Methodology expertise & drive for excellence: Plan, structure, and deliver complex projects using recognised methodologies (PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
  • Communicate and influence: Present confidently to senior stakeholders and keep everyone informed and engaged

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of project management experience
  • at least 5 years leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • experience in IT or telecoms, ideally with business integrations, system upgrades or major organisational change
  • proven track record of delivering integration projects involving people, processes, systems, data and customers
  • knowledge of systems consolidation and data migration including CRM, ERP/Finance, billing, or HR platforms
  • strong governance and reporting skills
  • a PM qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or PMP advantageous)
  • confidence using tools like MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar
  • ability to pass BPSS and other clearance checks
