Senior Project Manager

• Managing the full lifecycle of projects from strategic briefing and feasibility studies through design development, procurement, and delivery
• Coordinating with design teams
• Managing budgets and timelines
• Ensuring all statutory and quality standards are met
• Leading meetings
• Writing progress reports
• Managing risk
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
• Leading complex schemes valued up to £50m across various sectors

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong understanding and hands-on delivery of projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
• Track record of managing public and private sector schemes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• A relevant construction-related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Architecture)
• Chartered status or working towards (e.g. MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) highly desirable
