Job Description:

A respected construction consultancy based in Birmingham is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead a range of complex and high-value schemes across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take on greater responsibility and contribute to major developments within the commercial, education, and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility and procurement through to handover and post-completion
Oversee project teams, manage risk, and ensure cost, quality, and programme targets are met
Act as key point of contact for clients
Build strong relationships, offer strategic guidance, and manage multiple stakeholders
Lead meetings, manage consultants, and drive performance

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role within construction
Proven track record delivering projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
Chartered or working towards chartership with RICS, CIOB, or APM
Strong leadership, client-facing, and problem-solving skills
