An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading global construction and property consultancy in London. This Senior Project Manager role offers the chance to work on some of the most prestigious luxury hotel and workplace fit-out projects across the UK, delivering high-profile developments for internationally recognised clients. The incoming Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery. This Senior Project Manager opportunity would suit an ambitious individual seeking greater responsibility, exposure to prestigious projects and a clear pathway towards Associate Director level. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy
  • Proven experience delivering luxury hotel and/or office fit-out projects
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities
  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
  • Chartered status or working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
