A leading global consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced individual to lead the delivery of high-profile projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, life sciences, education, and mixed-use developments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the successful delivery of projects of varying scale and complexity
Act as day-to-day client liaison, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Provide strategic advice at project conception, including procurement and delivery approaches
Establish and monitor project success criteria and performance metrics
Oversee project planning, financial control, reporting and stakeholder engagement
Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards
Support business development through bid writing, client pitches and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree qualified in a construction, property, or project management discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering projects, ideally within a consultancy environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Chartered or working towards professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, or PMI preferred)
Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
