Senior Project Manager

• Leading the delivery of construction projects across all RIBA stages
• Managing project programmes, cost and risk control
• Coordinating design and consultant teams
• Overseeing procurement processes
• Regular liaison with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met

• Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying)
• Ideally chartered or working towards (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role within a consultancy environment
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to strict deadlines
• Experience across various sectors including commercial, education, healthcare or residential is preferred
