Senior Project Manager

A well-established Construction Consultancy based in London is looking for a Senior Project Manager to add more value to their experienced team. The successful Senior Project Manager will have high levels of motivation and drive and will be working within London primarily focusing on CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fitting out, and occasional new builds valuing up to £15m. The daily responsibilities include managing the project from start to finish, conducting on-site front-end due diligence, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the construction process.
