A highly respected construction consultancy, with offices located in Central London, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex mixed-use and hospitality schemes. With several landmark projects underway across Zones 1-2, the successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in managing high-value developments from early planning through to completion. This is an excellent position for a capable Senior Project Manager with construction consultancy experience, looking to grow into a leadership position within a busy and professional environment. Projects typically range between £20m-£100m in value, including hotels, residential towers, and retail-led regeneration schemes.
Job Responsibility:
Leading internal teams across multiple projects
Managing key client relationships and project reporting
Coordinating consultants, contractors, and planning processes
Overseeing risk management, budget control and contract administration
Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development
Lead delivery of complex mixed-use and hospitality schemes
Manage high-value developments from early planning through to completion
Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of flagship projects
Requirements:
6+ years in a construction consultancy role
Background in high-rise, hotel or urban mixed-use preferred
MRICS, MAPM or equivalent (or nearing completion)
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills
Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
Previous experience working within a consultancy or client-side setting
