Requirements

10+ years in project delivery, ideally in IT and business transformation
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Prince2, MSP, PMP, or APM PMQ/PPQ
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) desirable

Job Responsibility

Lead IT and business projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes
Define project objectives, risks, timelines, and budgets
Develop and manage project plans, tracking key deliverables and milestones
Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Business, and 3rd-party suppliers to ensure alignment
Ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are effectively managed
Champion best practices in project and programme management
Provide clear reporting in line with governance frameworks
Manage project budgets and liaise with Finance as required

5+ years’ progressive business project-related experience

Job Responsibility

Project Leadership & Execution: Plan and execute highly complex and uncertain projects, overseeing operating procedures and monitoring the productivity and performance of the project team
Scope & Requirement Management: Actively manage project scope by assessing all requirements changes, determining, and conveying the direct impact on timelines, budget, and resourcing

Requirements

7+ years of project or program management experience, including AI/ML or data-driven initiatives
Direct experience in Broker Dealer & Wealth Management environments (required)
Proven delivery experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
Hands-on experience managing large, complex programs with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle: data pipelines, model training/testing, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps
Working knowledge of data quality, governance, bias, privacy, and ethical AI considerations
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Git, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
