Job Description:

Are you a seasoned project leader with a background in the life sciences or medical device industry? We are seeking two high-level Senior Project Managers to join the Speciality Diagnostics Group and drive critical business transformation and change control initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to setting the strategic direction for business transformation and partner across functions to achieve organisational goals
  • Develop project tasks, deliverable, and resource requirements while exercising rigorous scope management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and oversee project team budgets in collaboration with Finance
  • Facilitate project team meetings, drive cross-functional decision-making, and act as the primary contact for project information
  • Ensure all deliverable meet regulatory requirements and quality systems, particularly for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products
  • Lead 'lessons learned' sessions to harmonise project management best practices across the program

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of industry experience, including 5 years in progressively responsible project management roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline
  • Strong knowledge of FDA & GMP compliance, Design Controls (DC), and regulatory standards for medical devices or diagnostics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Project (or related software) for Gantt chart and critical path management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept to market in a matrixed environment

Nice to have:

  • M.B.A. or advanced science degree
  • PMP certification
