Job Description:

A Real-Estate Construction Consultancy in London is actively looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their ambitious team. The Senior Project Manager will work on luxury residential projects, CLT Building repair work, and historical library renovations. These projects will cost between £5 million and £23 million.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the project’s safe management and completion in accordance with the client’s business practises and procedures
Supervising every stage of construction and ensuring that it is finished on schedule and within budget

Requirements:

Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent (Desirable)
MRICS (Desirable)
Background within Quantity or Building Surveying skill set required
Minimum 4 Years Project Management Construction Consultancy Experience
APM certified, Prince 2 or equivalent (desirable)
Experience delivering full project life cycle through RIBA stages 0 to 7
