Senior Project Manager

A well-respected organisation in the health care sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager in West Midlands. As the Senior Project Manager, you'll: Oversee several estates-related projects valued between £3m and £10m on an active site; Liaise with senior management to communicate budgetary and timeline updates; Manage contractors to ensure compliance with strict Health & Safety standards; Communicate effectively with estates, design, and construction teams; Utilise the appropriate contract frameworks, including JCT and NEC.
