Job Description:

Lead exciting ERP projects, build strong client relationships, and grow your career with a dynamic team! You will take ownership of new client projects, managing both the client relationship and the internal consulting team. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You'll be a key player in driving project success, fostering teamwork, and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate all project activities, ensuring seamless execution
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including budgets and resource allocation
  • Manage project financials and report progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
  • Contribute to new sales initiatives and business development opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of a structured project management methodology and practices - PMP certification preferred
  • Proven ability to plan, manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in ERP project management in a vendor environment is preferred
  • Excellent people skills to manage the Project Team and the customer stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities
