With an expanding portfolio of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, this is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys working across a variety of project types and sectors.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the delivery of high-value construction projects from feasibility through to completion
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients
  • Managing programmes, budgets and teams
  • Writing client briefs
  • Managing design and consultant teams
  • Administering contracts
  • Reporting on progress

Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a consultancy project management environment
  • Proven ability to deliver commercial or mixed-use projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts
