Senior Project Manager

• Lead the planning and execution of commercial building projects, including both new construction and renovation efforts
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project details and resolve any issues
• Review and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
• Utilize project management software and tools to monitor progress and generate reports
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any on-site challenges
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, specifically in architectural metal and glass
• Strong understanding of curtainwall, storefront, glazing systems, and metal panel installations
• Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
• Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements
