A highly regarded property consultancy is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of luxury hospitality and leisure projects across the UK. The Senior Project Manager will be based in West London and will work closely with high-profile clients to deliver hotel refurbishments, new builds and branded leisure fit-outs. To be successful in this role, the Senior Project Manager must have prior consultancy experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of fast-paced, design-led schemes, working across a diverse and exciting client base. Job Responsibility:
Managing full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
Overseeing design, procurement, and delivery teams
Leading project meetings and maintaining client relationships
Administering JCT and NEC contracts
Managing project budgets, cash flows and value engineering
Ensuring quality standards and compliance with brand guidelines
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Requirements:
6+ years in a consultancy project management role
Chartered – MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
Proven experience delivering hotel or leisure-led schemes
Excellent understanding of fit-out, refurbishment and branded specifications
Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and fast-track delivery programmes
